(EPTA), global player in commercial refrigeration, on the acquisition of the refrigeration division from HEIFO GmbH & Co. KG, Osnabrück, (HEIFO). The transaction provides for the transfer of all refrigeration activities, worth around € 25.0 million with over 120 employees, from HEIFO to a newco 100 % owned by EPTA (HEIFO Kältetechnik GmbH).
