Resumé: Markus Bettecken studied law at the University of Freiburg, with an emphasis on labour law. After completing his studies, he worked as research assistant at the Research Center for Labour Law of the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg. He completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart. Elisabeth Wyrembek specializes in European and German antitrust law and represents enterprises in national and multinational compensation litigation under antitrust law and antitrust litigation before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. She also advises enterprises on merger control proceedings in Germany and abroad and on antitrust compliance.

Resumé: Elisabeth Wyrembek studied law at the University of Tübingen and at Queen Mary University of London (LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution). She undertook her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart, with a focus on European law. She is currently also studying for a doctorate in international commercial and investment arbitration at the University of Tübingen.
