The IHK Auftragsberatungsstelle Baden-Württemberg invites you to the 20th Symposium for Public Procurement Law on 28 November 2023 at the IHK Region Stuttgart. During this symposium, Dr. Alexander Hübner will give a lecture on the current federal legal developments in the field of public procurement law from a practitioner's perspective. The presentation will focus on the introduction of eForms, the deletion of Section 3 (7) p. 2 of the Public Procurement Regulation and the Public Procurement Transformation Package.
