Haver & Mailänder and a team led by Managing Partner Dr. Peter Mailänder advised Italian Epta S.p.A. (EPTA), global player in commercial refrigeration, on the acquisition of the refrigeration division from HEIFO GmbH & Co. KG, Osnabrück, (HEIFO). The transaction provides for the transfer of all refrigeration activities, worth around € 25.0 million with over 120 employees, from HEIFO to a newco 100 % owned by EPTA (HEIFO Kältetechnik GmbH).
