Under the lead of our partner Dr. Roland Kläger, the Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC YAF) organizes an online event on the topic of “Trends in Arbitration Rule-Making”. A distinguished and international panel will present the innovations contained in the new arbitration rules of the ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA), Finland Arbitration Institute (FIA), Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) and International Bar Association (IBA). The discussion will provide an overview of the development of institutional arbitration rules in Europe in the past two years, and will identify salient current trends in the world of international arbitration.

Dr. Roland Kläger is ICC YAF Representative for Europe and Russia and co-organizer of the event.
