Brexit and its effects on the litigation venue London have intensified the international competition of judicial fora for the litigation of large-scale disputes. The State of Baden-Württemberg seeks to occupy a pole position in this regard and has established on 1 November 2020 the new “Commercial Court” in Stuttgart and Mannheim, which enables court hearings in the English language. In a webinar organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG) our lawyers Dr. Thomas M. Grupp, Dr. Roland Kläger and Dr. Fabian Brugger present the new “Commercial Court”.
