The Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC YAF) hosts an online event on the topic of “Arbitrator Transparency in Investment Arbitration”. High-level speakers from the ICC, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the online arbitration search engine Jus Mundi will explore and discuss the right level of arbitrator transparency in investment arbitration from three different angles: information available about arbitrators’ past decisions (and, potentially, future decision-making), information available to institutions, and information available about ongoing procedures.
