This year’s fall seminar of the below 40 group of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA below 40) addresses the topic of “The Art of Persuasion: How to Present, Persuade and Prevail”. At the seminar, Dr. Roland Kläger will moderate a session on “Oral Advocacy” and discuss with the panellists how to make best use of fact and expert witnesses in international arbitration.
