As part of IHK Region Stuttgart’s week theme "100 hours of tomorrow", lawyer Bettina Backes will give a lecture on the topic "IP and data management - what can Blockchain achieve?” at the Blockchain Camp V.

Blockchain technology opens up interesting perspectives concerning IP and data management. IP registers, licensing and licence management, the secure transmission of secret documents in research and development, due diligence and trade secret protection, as well as the secure allocation of acquired data (data ownership) have to be examined. The lecture deals with Blockchain’s usage possibilities and evaluates them legally.
