In February 2017, the new German procurement rules (Unterschwellenvergabeordnung – UVgO) on public procurement of supplies and services with an estimated contract value below the EU-threshold (221,000 EUR) was released. The UVgO rules will replace the well-known VOL/A regime and provide a bundle of new provisions. The changes address all relevant aspects from the very start until the completion of a procurement procedure.The conference hosted by IHK Auftragsberatungsstelle Baden-Württemberg bei der Industrie- und Handelskammer Region Stuttgart will be chaired by Dr. Alexander Hübner.
