The German Initiative of Young Arbitrators (DIS40) in Stuttgart invites to a panel discussion on the question “What is the Function of a Counsel at the DIS?”. At the event, a case manager of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) will explain the role of the institution, the type of service parties and counsel may expect, and provides practical recommendations for the conduct of arbitration proceedings. The event will also explore the novelties of the DIS Arbitration Rules 2018 for handling arbitration proceedings.

Dr. Roland Kläger will discuss the role of the DIS from the perspective of an arbitrator.
