The German Initiative of Young Arbitrators (DIS40) and the Young Practitioners Group of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA-40) jointly invite to a seminar on Cross Examination Techniques and how such Common Law concepts are applied in the international arbitration practice in Civil Law countries such as Spain and Germany. Experienced international arbitration practitioners from the UK, Spain and Germany will share their dos and don’ts of how to succeed in cross examination and will discuss differences and commonalities in the practice of the respective countries.

Dr. Roland Kläger is head of the DIS40 Stuttgart group and organizes the event.
