WirtschaftsWoche 2026: Haver & Mailänder ranks among the top law firms in public procurement law

In the latest WirtschaftsWoche ranking, Haver & Mailänder is listed among the “top law firms” for public procurement law. Furthermore, Dr Alexander Hübner is highlighted as a highly recommended lawyer in this field of law.

The ranking is based on a survey conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute amongst around 2,400 lawyers from 208 law firms. A jury subsequently assessed the results. The ranking was published on 21 August 2026.

Our public procurement team advises public contracting authorities and tendering companies on complex procurement projects. It supports them from the preparation and conduct of tender procedures right through to representation in review proceedings.
