“Every case is unique and deserves an equally individual solution. That is precisely where the challenge lies – and the standard I set for myself.”
Milena Kutschenko advises and represents clients in national and international family law matters, both in contentious proceedings and in preventive legal planning. She studied law at the University of Konstanz, specialising in European and international private and procedural law. She completed her legal traineeship (Referendariat) in, among other places, Stuttgart and Sydney, and was already working in the field of family law at Haver Mailänder during this time.
She is currently pursuing a doctorate on a part-time basis at Philipps University Marburg.
She advises in German and English.
“I developed an international perspective at an early stage through the cross-border focus of my studies and my traineeship in Sydney. This perspective is particularly valuable in family law matters with an international dimension.
I follow current developments in legislation and case law with great interest and engage with them not only in my day-to-day practice but also in my contributions to legal journals. This enables me to remain consistently up to date and to contribute to professional discourse beyond my practical work.”
