Mike Kraiss advises national and international clients primarily in the areas of corporate law, M&A and venture capital, as well as in non-profit law. His clients include international and domestic corporations, family-owned businesses, family offices, funds, foundations, associations and entrepreneurs. He advises on transactions and investment rounds, as well as on corporate restructurings, and represents clients in corporate disputes, particularly in shareholder conflicts within family businesses. Mike Kraiss studied law at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and Brussels, during which he also worked for a lawyer at the German Federal Court of Justice.
