Linn Pröckl has been practising as a lawyer since 2008 and has been with Haver Mailänder since 2019. She studied law at the University of Mannheim. As a Specialist Lawyer in Inheritance Law, she supports clients from strategic succession planning through to the enforcement of inheritance and compulsory portion claims. As a Specialist Lawyer in Family Law, her practice focuses on all legal aspects arising from separation and divorce – from maintenance and the division of assets through to the final divorce. MORE
She advises private individuals and entrepreneurs in legally complex and often emotionally challenging situations, both in out-of-court matters and in the enforcement of claims before the courts. In doing so, she combines legal precision with commercial awareness and a keen sensitivity to her clients’ individual needs.
