Tobias Eisenmann specialises in advising and representing, in litigation proceedings, national and international companies in the construction and real estate sectors, medium-sized construction firms, property developers and investors, as well as architects and engineers. His areas of expertise include advising on the execution of large-scale projects and individual construction projects, on acquisition and disposal transactions, and on commercial lease law. A further key focus is the drafting of real estate purchase agreements, as well as construction, architect and engineering contracts. MORE
Tobias Eisenmann studied at the University of Tübingen and the University of Oxford. He has been practising as a lawyer since 1997 and serves as a member and chairman on supervisory and advisory boards of several real estate companies. He is also a member of the Construction and Real Estate Law as well as Tenancy and Real Estate Law working groups of the German Bar Association.
He provides advice in both German and English.
