Sebastian Vollmer specialises in corporate law and dispute resolution. He represents his clients in particular in shareholder disputes, post-M&A proceedings, and cases involving directors’ and officers’ liability before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. In addition, he provides out-of-court advice on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on advising companies, associations and organisations, as well as their executives, on corporate governance and compliance matters. Sebastian Vollmer studied at the University of Freiburg. Following his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Stuttgart, he worked alongside his doctoral studies in the real estate practice of a leading international law firm.
