Hans-Georg Kauffeld is a business lawyer par excellence. He advises companies, shareholders and corporate bodies on all aspects of commercial law and succession planning. He represents them in complex commercial and corporate disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings, including in matters of directors’ and advisers’ liability.

Hans-Georg Kauffeld studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Freiburg and obtained his doctorate at the University of Freiburg. He subsequently worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law at the University of Freiburg.
