“There is always a solution. We will find the right one for you.”
Dr. Christian Aufdermauer

Christian Aufdermauer is a litigator specialising in commercial and competition law. He advises companies on all aspects of the national and international distribution and procurement of goods and services, with a particular focus on the automotive industry. His work includes the structuring, drafting and negotiation of cooperations and contracts with business partners, as well as their enforcement before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He handles cross-border mandates seamlessly through an international network of law firms. His advice on distribution law explicitly encompasses competition law, both in the structuring of cooperation models and in the assertion of damages and injunctive claims, as well as in the defence against allegations of fines. He studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Lausanne (competition law). He obtained his doctorate from the University of Passau in insolvency and arbitration law.

About me.
