Christian Aufdermauer is a litigator specialising in commercial and competition law. He advises companies on all aspects of the national and international distribution and procurement of goods and services, with a particular focus on the automotive industry. His work includes the structuring, drafting and negotiation of cooperations and contracts with business partners, as well as their enforcement before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
