Daniela Mailänder

Daniela Mailänder is a partner at Haver & Mailänder and has been practising as a lawyer since 1995. She advises clients on German and international family law as well as on matters of legal precaution, combining legal clarity with commercial understanding and the necessary sensitivity. Her areas of focus include marriage and divorce, maintenance, the division of assets, matters relating to children, and prenuptial agreements. She places particular emphasis on developing individually tailored strategies that take into account legal, personal and family aspects in a holistic manner. Daniela Mailänder has many years of experience before the courts and is exceptionally well connected in her field. She works closely with colleagues in corporate law and also advises on corporate structures with a strong family law dimension. Following an apprenticeship in banking, she studied law in Cologne and Konstanz, specialising in commercial law. She also completed placements in the United States and Australia, which have shaped her international perspective.
