Cornelius Haffa provides comprehensive advice on corporate law as well as on national and cross-border M&A transactions. A particular focus of his practice is the legal support of acquisitions and disposals of medium-sized companies.
Cornelius Haffa studied law at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Stuttgart Regional Court, including placements in business law-focused departments.
He advises his clients in German and English.
