Beate Bruckmaier specialises in litigation, particularly in banking law and distribution law, with a focus on contract law and commercial agency law. She represents clients successfully before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
She studied law at the University of Konstanz and completed her legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Saarbrücken Higher Regional Court. Beate Bruckmaier previously worked as a commercial lawyer at one of the largest international business law firms in Frankfurt am Main. She is a member of the Banking and Capital Markets Law Working Group of the German Bar Association (DAV).
