Alexander Hans advises on all aspects of general corporate law and corporate litigation. His work focuses in particular on advising medium-sized companies on restructurings, as well as on representing clients in shareholder disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability cases. Alexander Hans studied law at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Stuttgart Regional Court, including a placement at Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH in Frankfurt.
