The Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court has to reopen the proceedings against companies involved in the cartel. The Federal Supreme Court has set aside the judgement of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court of 2013 on the appeal regarding the amount of the fine, as the calculation method for the amount of the cartel fines is incorrect.
