• Representation of clients before German courts, the European courts and the EU Commission
• Conducting complex arbitration proceedings in matters of business law and corporate law before German or international arbitral tribunals, in particular shareholder disputes and post-M&A disputes
• Acting as party-appointed arbitrator or chairman at national and international arbitartion proceedings
• Accompanying cross-border disputes: support of German clients in proceedings or arbitrations abroad and representation and advice to foreign clients in Germany
