Annual Conference on European Public Procurement Law 2011

This year, the annual conference of the ERA Academy of European Law attends to European public procurement law with a detailed analysis regarding this topic in legislation and judicature, in particular the Green Papier on Modernization of Procurement Law. Order of Merit for Dr. Rolf M. Winkler

For his voluntary work, in particular as president of the Attorney's Court of Justice of Baden-Württemberg, Dr. Rolf M. Winkler was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross of the Federal Republic of Germany. Secretary of justice, Mr. Rainer Stickelberger, presented the award to Dr. Winkler on Monday, 10 October 2011 in the Ministry of Justice in Stuttgart. "For years, Dr. Winkler has brought his excellent professional skills not only to the service of his clients", the secretary said: "he also engages in honorary capacity with great personal commitment and in postponing his personnal interests".
