13th Stuttgart Symposium on Public Procurement

Amounting to 17% of the GDP in the EU, public procurement is a key factor for Union and German markets. Economic operators are therefore dependent on a fair and transparent procurement framework that enables access opportunities of SMEs throughout the Union concession, works, supplies and services markets. The 2014 EU Directives entail a strong reform momentum and will lead to an exceptional number of changes in German public procurement law, too. The 2014 Stuttgart Symposium on Public Procurement aims at a better understanding of the New Rules and contributes to an effective implementation of the opportunities they offer to both contracting authorities and economic operators.

Dr. Alexander Hübner will speak about the 2014 EU Directives.
