Studied at the Universities of Tübingen (Dr. jur.), Munich and at New York University (Master of Comparative Jurisprudence), Assistant at the Institute for European and International Business Law at the University of Munich.

Member of the executive and supervisory bodies of banks and commercial enterprises, of non-party interest groups and commissions advising on legislation.
